introduction here you can find the information on the ui elements and their features please note this article is updated regularly 1\ ui elements 1 1 main menu elements the home page of the system consists of system menus are displayed on the orange line callouts (predefined most frequently used shortcuts) are displayed as white blocks once you open any menu or a tab, the callouts are displayed on the dark line the user control panel is on the right hand side you can perform the following actions here please note the search function and the display of the subdirectories when a few window tabs are open the tab, where you are on, is highlighted in white, and the other tabs are in orange you can drag and drop them 1 2 viewing data the data on the tab can be displayed in different ways every form has specific options of viewing data click the icon to display it 1 3 right hand sidebar to show the right hand sidebar , click the 3 white horizontal lines in the small orange button top right of your screen the right hand sidebar gives quick access to the attachments related to the opened form you can view reports , perform quick actions, view the links and logs the right hand sidebar may cover part of the displayed information click the pin icon to fix the sidebar on the side as a result, you can see all the data on the tab 1 4 filtering options you can filter and group data using the following options when filters are applied, the filter block turns orange 1 4 1 setting callouts/filters • to set callouts , see \[the link to the callouts settings will be added soon] • to set filters , see \[the link to the filters settings will be added soon] your saved filters are displayed in the filters dropdown menu you can apply the custom colour labels for the records, available both in the list and the form view for more information, see the custom colour filter article 1 4 2 saving filters as callouts in the filter dropdown menu, select add to callouts 1 4 2 saving filters as callouts in the filter dropdown menu, select add to callouts go to the callouts toolbar and click the callout the predefined filter blocks are highlighted 1 4 2 group by option to select the category for filtering, click the line the selected category turns orange to reorder the sequence of group by categories, drag and drop them to remove the category for filtering, click the x button in the group by function, different categories on the list are marked with different colours 1 4 3 search function in advanced filtering and grouping when setting up advanced filtering, or creating custom groupings, you can search for the keyword conditions 1 4 4 viewing sorted and grouped by options in the list view, you can see which columns are currently sorted (up to two columns are supported) if you sort by a third column, it will replace the second sorted field group by information is shown in the top header of the list view up to five group by fields can be displayed any additional fields are displayed as an ellipsis (”…”) 1 5 data management 1 5 1 selecting records (rows) • to select a record row, single click it • to select several record rows in random order, hold crtl + single click • to select several record rows in a row, hold shift, select the first needed row and the last needed row and the system selects all rows in between • to select all rows, click 1 5 2 editing data to edit data, click the pencil icon or double click the line 1 5 3 viewing data records to navigate through data records, use the navigation panel numbers and arrows to move from one page to another in the items per page dropdown menu, select the number of records to display on the page 1 5 4 searching data to search data, use the search columns to fill in with the keywords for your search to search for a certain value/word/data through any column and field, click the global search icon please note it replaces the ctrl+f browser search 1 5 5 sorting data records to sort data records in the list view, right click • the column heading (search bar); • the column to sort data by the number of the records belonging to the grouping category, use group by filter and right click the hashtag area 1 5 6 adding and removing the columns to add or remove columns in the list view, right click the column header and click add/remove column select/deselect the data the system saves the chosen columns and shows them only to the users who selected them 1 5 7 resize search columns to change the columns' width (in the list and form view), drag its borders 1 5 8 parameter chevron when the line contains parameters added to it, the chevron appears that allows to view the parameter inside the list 1 5 9 form view m2o button and lists • the m2o button is on the left side of the input field • sticky headers for columns are added to the m2o lists with the fixed total value fields, which remain visible when scrolling date selection to select a date you can • use the dropdown menu • use natural language write ‘tomorrow’, ‘day after tomorrow’ or ‘monday’, and the correct date will appear 1 5 10 list view preview button the preview feature is available in multiple system list views, such as activities , sales orders , invoices etc so that you can review the details of linked records, for example, companies, contacts, without opening them in a separate tab to access the preview on the list views 1\ open the respective list view (e g , crm > activities ) 2\ hover over the company or contact column 3\ click the preview button as a result, the preview window will appear on the right side of the screen, showcasing the primary details of the connected records for a company record, this information includes the website link, phone number, email address, company's legal name, category, industry, default address, and more actions on preview from the preview screen, you can • open the record shown in the preview hover over its name, and when the name becomes underlined, click it to open the record in a new tab • call the number click the icon next to the record • send an email click the icon next to the record • visit the website click the icon next to the record 2\ ui customisation 2 1 interface customisation you can customise your interface appearance • contrast change the contrast of the interface boxes for better visibility • font weight turn on the bold font throughout the entire interface to improve visibility • callouts theme / theme set the colour for the callouts and the colour theme for the entire system 2 2 customised fields 2 2 1 adding customised fields you can add customised options for selection in the system fields for more details, see customised fields 2 2 2 deactivating customised fields you can deactivate these selection options without deleting them so that the data is kept in the old records, but the option for selection is not available for new records to deactivate the customised fields, go to settings > configuration > features > customised fields in the active column, remove a tick 3\ additional features 3 1 adding notes in product configurator when using the product configurator, to add notes on the product, click the green element in the pop up notes window, fill in the notes comment when the note is added, the element turns red to view the note, hover over the element 3 2 click to call function to start a phone call directly from the system, click a phone number the click to call function integrates with telephony systems or voip (voice over ip) services 3cx • in the list view, the click to call function underlines phone numbers to dial the phone number, click the underlined phone number record • in the form view, click the phone icon the phone application opens in a new window
