please note you can only apply up to 10 callouts callouts refresh automatically and can take time to refresh depending on the complexity of the callout, which in turn can potentially slow down your system work to disable a callout you may want to disable a callout if for some time you do not want to receive notifications about it (so there is no need to delete it completely since it’s only temporarily) to do that, go to your user settings (the far top right hand side of the screen and click on your user picture) => press ‘manage callouts’ from the drop down menu \=> double click on the callout line or press on the edit data button () when your callout is opened in form view (as below), find a ‘disable’ checkbox, tick it and click save button \=> refresh your page, and you will see that the number of the disabled callout has changed to ‘disabled’ to enable your callout back, do the reverse go to your user settings (the far top right hand side of the screen and click on your user picture) => press ‘manage callouts’ from the drop down menu => double click on the callout line or press on the edit data button (image 20210312164939 5 png) => when your callout is opened in form view, find a ‘disable’ checkbox, untick it and click save button ! please note every time your callout changes (either when you receive a new one and the callout number goes up, or you disable it, or you complete it and the callout number goes down) – the new change appears in red, wiggles and changes accordingly \# working with shortcuts shortcut – shorter route to a particular field on a tab (or sub menu) that is used most often without saved filters (only default filters will be saved) ! please note when choosing a shortcut remember that your personally applied filters, or the information that you have grouped certain way will not be saved to add a shortcut press star sign on the operations menu when green shortcut is active/applied; when grey shortcut is inactive/not applied to delete a shortcut press star sign on the operations menu again (grey star – shortcut is not applied) \# tip how to access all callouts within a company in order to access all callouts within a company please go to settings> configuration> features> all callouts in the list view you can search a callout by an “alert name” (name of a callout) or use any filter to find a needed callout, for example by user's name video tutorial on callouts and shortcuts embedded content from https //www youtube com/embed/rdi3r7os1ie?\&ab channel=enapps\&wmode=opaque\&rel=0
