Working with Attachments

\# written by training admin | last published at october 31, 2022 \# drag\&drop functionality only comes with signing up for onedrive integration address enapps for extra details working with attachments on enapps erp is easy and pleasant first of all, you should address enapps to configure ‘attachments’ tab on the screens you prefer –so, invoices, opportunities, etc you can also request attachment folder links configuration which will allow you automatically pass attachments from one screen to the other for example, move attachments of a quotation record to its related project record as a result of project confirmation enapps can also configure the folder structure for you for more storage space and easier navigation, request enapps for onedrive integration once you are all set up to work with attachments , on the relevant screens you will see ‘attachments’ tab with folder structure and folder links which are used to display the attachments from one record to another (if applicable) you can drag\&drop files or click the field to attach files in your ‘attachments’ tab once you have attachments(s) in there – they will appear in the relevant folders with a black file icon next to them click on the file (will appear in blue) to preview it please note you can preview some file formats (e g pdf, jpg) on enapps erp if preview is not possible right click the file >> ‘download’; click ‘open in new tab’ button for those files that you can preview on the erp, you can also click ‘open lightbox’ button to preview them full size there are also some right click functions you can use rename, delete, edit or download any file; create (new folders) and edit any folder; rename and delete a folder that was created by you on erp
