\# written by training admin | last published at january 02, 2024 \# prepaid support hours are available to buy in advance, these are particularly useful if you are on our pay as you go (payg) support package prepaid hours are able to be used against developments as well as consultancy/training and user error pre paid hours discounts are available as below 20 39 hours no discount 40 59 hours 3% 60 79 hours 4% 80+ hours 5% in order to purchase prepaid hours , you should navigate to ‘support’ => ‘contracts’ go to ‘support’ => ‘contracts’ \=> double click to open the contract make sure your side menu is open (to open it press on the arrow on the right and pin it using a pin button) ! please note if you would like to check your hourly rate and the current remaining support hours, please double click to open the contract and click on the subscription info tab where you will see contracted hours – is the total amount of hours purchased; hours spent – is the number of hours used by enapps team for managing issues; hours to be used – is the potential number of hours that can be used by enapps team for managing issues; hours remaining – is the actual number of hours that can be used by enapps team for managing issues \=> clicking on the ‘add time’ link on your pinned side menu will bring a pop up enter the number of hours you want to add and optionally enter a reference number (this will show on the invoice) \=> press ‘confirm add time and raise invoice’ and it will add the time now there are billable hours ready to be used for your tasks the invoice for that will be raised and sent to you automatically, payment terms for advance hours is 7 days
